seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with exceptional
communication skills. We are looking for a business savvy Key Accounts Coordinator
for our head office in Guelph, Ontario.

You will be
responsible to:

·        
Provide
general administrative support to the Key Accounts Manager (KAM) Team with
necessary daily, weekly, monthly and Ad-hoc Reports
·        
KAM
Customer base analysis and reporting
·        
Assisting
the Rebate Program
·        
Administering
all existing and future contracts and governing the SharePoint platform
·        
Data
mining and Potential client research
·        
Create
sales reports for the KAM team and managers
·        
Approving
Organizational System (ORSY) agreements by evaluating all the approval criteria
thoroughly
·        
Analyzing
existing ORSY customers
·        
Communicate
and advise the involved parties when ORSY agreements get approved or declined.
·        
Assist
with National Account Projects when required.

Our ideal
candidate

·        
Bilingualism
preferred (English and French)
·        
Minimum
one year experience
·        
College
Diploma or University Degree in Business or related field
·        
Excellent
or Advance Microsoft Excel skills
·        
Proficient
in MS Office
·        
Applicants
must have a strong attention to detail and as well as organizational skills
·        
Ability
to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
