1 VACANCY : FINANCE
AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

1.1 Requirements
-a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or
business related qualifications

-ACCA/CIMA will be added advantage

1.2 Knowledge
-high level of computer-proficiency and leadership
skills

-ability to prepare and analyse financial statements
-knowledge in micro-finance would be an added
advantage

-minimum 3 years experience at managerial level
-knowledge of quick-books accounting package will
be an added advantage

1.3 Duties
-prepare of financial reports to management and the
board,

-budgeting and cash flow management
-ensure that bank accounts are efficiently managed
-supervise all finance staff and manager creditors
and debtors activities

-manage investment portfolios
-advice management on best accounting practices
