Site Supervisor
(Perak – Ipoh)
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and implement works done by contractors are in adherence to the established quality guideline
• Inspect and control construction activities to order to ensure contractors adhere to specifications and time frame, with awareness of costs, in order to ensure the quality of products, completion within schedule and completion within budget.
• Represent consultants in verifying materials and site works to ensure compliance to consultant’s design and approved standards and requirements, contract specifications, proper method of construction and workmanship.
• Identify and seek solution to any site problems on design or constructability issues.
• Assist in submission of progress claim to client and assessing and verify contractor’s progress claims and day works.
• Maintain proper records of all site activities and correspondences and to verify contractors records to ensure proper documentation of the project for future reference and report submissions.
• Prepare and submit reports regularly or as required by the management
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Computer literate. Required skill(s): MS Office and AutoCAD
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicant must be mobile.
• Must possess own transport.
