Job Purpose:

This role is fully accountable to project manage and deliver the design and
construction of CR projects in NTIs, KDRs, Refurbishment of CR in existing
sites and adding Alliances.

Qualifications
and Experience:

• A
  certified civil and construction engineer
• Certified
  Project Management professional
• Proven
  track record in the design and delivery of construction projects on time,
  within budget and up to standards.
• Results
  and solutions oriented
• The
  ability to remain resilient amidst setbacks or obstacles
• The
  ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Principal
Accountabilities:

• Upon
  successful completion of the 2 year development programme, the candidate
  will be responsible for:
• Delivery
  of the CR network construction and refurbishment programme on time, within
  budget and to the required quality and design standards, and with minimal
  interruptions to station operations.
• Preparing
  Project Milestones schedules for each CR Project as per plan
• Initiating
  brief and obtaining sign off on new site Layout, design & interior
  architecture
• Defining
  and agreeing scope of work to be retained, prior to proceeding with
  engineering field deployment
• Production
  of site specifications, bills of quantities, drawings and costing; and
  work with Contracts & Procurement for procurement of goods &
  services.
• Requesting
  and agreeing the final budget estimation in line with the IP economics
  capacity
• Compliance
  with relevant laws and interface with local authorities to obtain planning
  approvals and building permits for construction activities.
• Local
  contractor management, work quality control, and performance appraisals.
• Following
  up on budget and engineering field deployment while ensuring on time
  adequate and quality orders and deliverables, in terms of Civil works, Signage
  and Equipment
• Cultivation
  of a strong HSSE culture within the Contractors used, and ensure that the
  Company HSSE standards are complied with at all times.
