range: $80,483 – $90,543 per annum
the job
You will contribute to the planning, development and continuous improvement of
the teaching and learning environments at UniSA, by managing a portfolio of
property related projects in accordance with Campus Master Plans and Facilities
Management Unit programs and strategies. You will be expected to apply
leadership, management, technical skills and experience to achieve University
objectives and deliver exemplary solutions to complex challenges within tight
constraints.
Skills and Experience
You will have tertiary qualifications in a construction or property related
discipline, or demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience within industry.
You will also have previous success in achieving project objectives with
quality outcomes and an understanding of project management principles, tools and
techniques. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to establish and
maintain effective working relationships, negotiate and manage sensitive and
complex issues with a broad range of stakeholders.
