We have an opportunity for casual Support
Workers
to join our Community Care team in Tweed Heads.

We want a support worker who is passionate, genuine and committed to providing
exceptional care.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Our people are what make us an Industry Leader. As the successful candidate you
will meet all essential criteria listed below:

Essential Criteria:
• Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualifications
• Current First Aid certificate
• Current Australian driver’s license
• Knowledge of Health or Community Aged Care Services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Awareness of Work, Health and Safety (WHS) and risk management practices
• Basic computer literacy
• Time management skills
• Own vehicle and current comprehensive insurance
• Capacity to communicate electronically including mobile phone and email

Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience in Aged Care or Community Care environment
• Experience using client/data management systems

a high level of personal integrity and a willingness to work within the ethos
