BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION: Incumbent is responsible for the maintenance/issuing of expendable supply stock, takes custody of expendable supplies, maintains WebPASS database of all supplies and performs other duties as assigned by the storekeeper.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintains expendable supply stock by ensuring accurate counts, min/max levels and stock descriptions of all stock accounted for in the Expendable Stock Inventory database (WebPASS).
2. Issues stock per material requests forms in compliance with post policy.
3. Supplies the Storekeeper with relevant reports (i.e. consumption rates, re-order points, stock statistics) so that proper accountability of expendable stock inventory is maintained
4. Assists with conducting periodic cycle counts and preparing re-stock requisitions.
5. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Satisfactory completion of secondary school is required.
2. Two years experience as a supply clerk is required.
3. Level III (Good working knowledge of English is required).
4. Must have a good working knowledge of supply and property management. Must have a good knowledge of stock record keeping and packing procedures.
5. Must have some basic computer skills and ability to use basic software for record keeping. Must have the ability to interact with other sections and maintenance.

SELECTION PROCESS:
When fully qualified, US Citizen Eligible Family Members (USEFMs) and US Veterans are given preference. Therefore, it is essential that the candidate specifically address the required qualifications above in the application.

ADDITIONAL SELECTION CRITERIA:
1. Management will consider nepotism/conflict of interest, budget, and residency status in determining successful candidacy.
2. Current employees serving a probationary period are not eligible to apply.
3. Current Ordinarily Resident employees with an Overall Summary Rating of Needs Improvement or Unsatisfactory on their most recent Employee Performance Report are not eligible to apply.
4. Currently employed US Citizen EFMs who hold a Family Member Appointment (FMA) are ineligible to apply for advertised positions within the first 90 calendar days of their employment. 5. Currently employed NORs hired under a Personal Services Agreement (PSA) are ineligible to apply for advertised positions within the first 90 calendar days of their employment unless currently hired into a position with a When Actually Employed (WAE) work schedule.
