will be responsible for the following duties:

- Conducts
assigned audit mission successfully from beginning to end - Identifies
and communicates audit issues and offering recommendations relevant to
business and risk; - Ensures
audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process,
circumstances, and risk; - Develops
audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test
objectives; - Obtains
and reviews audit evidences - Ensuring
audit conclusions are well-documented; - Ensures
adherence to all applicable policies, regulations and professional
standards; - Ensures
adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more
challenging assignments; - Draft
an audit report after each audit assignment - Performs
other related duties as assigned
Qualifications

- Rwandan
nationality - Bachelor’s
degree in accounting and or finance, - A
minimum of at least 2 years audit experience in financial institution
especially in banking sector is required - Having
a certain level of professional qualification is an added advantage - Fluent
in English and French - Ready
to start the work immediately
