TRUST
Industries Limited (TIL),
situated in BUGESERA District is involved in the recycling of waste paper into
JUMBO Rolls, Toilet paper, Tissue paper, Kitchen paper towels and the
production of several Detergents. A major expansion program to transform its
operations to World Class Manufacturing benchmarks is now underway. The new
plant is on a new site located in KABAHA village, KANZENZE Cell, NTARAMA
Sector, BUGESERA district in the eastern province about 20Ktv1 from KIGALI on
the KIGALI – NYAMATA Highway. TIL is a growing company with a requirement for a
dynamic self-starter to occupy the positions of Sales and Marketing officers.

The Sales and
Marketing officers will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and will be
expected to perform the following duties:
Key
Responsibilities:
– Participate
actively in the annually update and implementation of the current marketing
strategies and proposals aimed at the clients´ satisfaction and the company´s
objectives.
– To work closely with TIL clients in order to promote and increase sales;
Regularly and frequently follow up the mapped areas to identify and acquire new
business opportunities;
– Manage and update regularly the data base of clients in mapped areas
effectively and efficiently
– Identify new clients and new markets, and make the necessary follow up to
identify client needs and complaints and creatively propose positive solutions;
– Submit to the sales and marketing manager all ideas concerning clients´
feedback aimed at improving and promoting productivity and sales and brands
sustainability;
– Maintain and improve the current competitiveness of TIL market share;
– Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends;
– Carry out preliminary market survey and research activities aimed at gaining
competitive advantage.
– Anticipate and manage efficiently the marketing – mix elements development
and cause them to evolve accordingly to variations and new needs of customs on
the market
– Actively participate in regular marketing activities aimed at improving and
sustaining the brands image and market share improvements.
– Submitting daily and weekly sales and marketing reports to sales and
marketing manager;
– To participate in setting marketing sales targets.
Required and
Skills Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
in Business Administration specializing in marketing, Communication or a
Customer focused related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills of Kinyarwanda and/or
English.
• Marketing and persuasive skills.
• Being flexible and ability to identify and resolve client problems easily.
• Self motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Experience in marketing communications and promotions in the field
• Team working spirit and willing to work with customers on the fields
• Computer Proficiency, MS Word, Excel etc
• Must be a Rwandan by Nationality.
• A driving license category B.
• Must be aged not above 40 years old.
