We are seeking a
capable and passionate person to be the room leader of one of our 3 rooms in
our family owned 41 place child care centre in Gladesville. Must hold an
approved University Early Childhood degree or a Diploma in Early Childhood
Education (preferably studying an Early Childhood degree).

enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills.
The duties include
but are not limited to:
- Planning
and programming for your room - Individual
portfolios for focus children - Supervising
other educators and students. - Liaising
with families - Participating
in professional development and performance - Ensuring
an inclusive, supportive and educational environment for all children - Maintaining
and assuring the high quality of the service in consideration of the NQS - Excellent
knowledge of the EYLF
