Responsibilities:
Identify, plan and execute marketing strategies to develop the projects business and when required to grow the kitchen dealer business in line with business strategy
Understand the requirements of developers of residential projects and identify new business opportunities to grow the business
Formulate competitive marketing proposals and work with developers and kitchen dealers to meet sales targets
Follow up on sales performance of kitchen dealers and take corrective actions for under-performance
Work closely with multiple departments both locally and overseas to ensure the smooth completion of projects
Assist in the operations & customer service at the Gallery whenever required
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma holder in Marketing/Business Admin or relevant discipline
5-6 years’ experience in marketing or sales and business development
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially proficiency in the English language.
Spoken Mandarin and Cantonese will be added advantage
Able to organize and prioritize well, possess good time management skills
Result-oriented, motivated and willing to multi-task
