Job Title: Trade Development Assistant

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and manage Agents to offer financial services in the Nigerian Economy.
- Ensure that the recruited outlets are sufficiently trained and branded to offer the services.
- Ensure compliance measures with regulations and Business requirements are put in place and adhered to.
- Track and Report on-going initiatives in the Market (Competition, Trends, etc.) and make recommendations.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or other relevant discipline.
- MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong Selling, Presentation and Negotiation skills. Experience in establishing and building strong collaborative business partnerships with Partners.
- Strong strategic orientation, leadership, interpersonal, critical- thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- University Degree from a Reputable University.
- Territorial knowledge.
Experience:
- 2 years Functional knowledge of standard financial, banking or
- Telco, FMCG, sales activities.
- Good communication in the local language, networking and interpersonal skills will be an advantage.
