A newly licensed digital payment institution in Nigeria with strong affiliation to one of the Leading Mobile Telecommunication in Africa desires to recruit highly competent, talented, self-motivated and result oriented individuals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Help Desk Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance such as assisting customers and agents with, account creation and handling Li customer and agent complaints.
  • Maintain a logbook where all customer and agent visits and transactions will be recorded.
  • Keep a ‘detailed record of all problems diagnosed and fixed.

Qualification & Skills Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other relevant discipline.
  • University Degree from a Reputable University.

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in banking or Telco or FMCG. Good communication in the local language.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
