We are looking for an experienced Tourism, Catering and Hospitality Manager
to manage our site in the Kanungu District. You will need to be adept to
customer service, with experience in personnel management a key factor. You
will be capable of getting started with minimum support.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Responsible for managing all staff on site
Ensuring a consistent and q
uality customer service
Ensuring day to day operations are well managed
Agreeing and adhering to set service level agreements
Co-ordinate with the board to project manage new concept and ideas to the
business
Ensuring all relevant information is communicated to all stakeholders.
Required Capabilities
Experience in working within a face to face customer service role
Must be able to work in safari type environments
Must have experience in managing staff
Must have proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Must have full command of the English and Rukiga and Runyankole languages.
