Times Newslink is a joint venture between Lagardere Services Singapore Pte Ltd and Times The Bookshop Pte Ltd. Established in 2000, it specialises in travel retail under the brands of Relay, Times Travel and Kaboom. Our product range includes books, magazines, newspapers, pens, stationery, cards, multimedia products, children’s toys and education products.
Internal Auditor (6 months contract)
Changi (East)

Responsibilities:
(Reports to General Manager)
• Planning and conducting operational, financial and compliance audits
• Support initiative to build, update and improve documentation of business processes
• Reviewing and evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
• Identify risk and area for process / control improvements
• Design control for identified risks
• Implement best practices, standardization & audit recommendations
• Monitor and remediate activities for identified key controls
• Facilitate testing for internal audits

Requirements:
• Familiar with FMCG industry
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
• Good team player who is able to work independently
• Knowledge of internal auditing techniques and standards
• Qualification such as ACCA, CIA, CISA is desirable
