Reporting to :
Distribution System Team Leader
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Working
with Dealer’s team monitoring Dealer Salesmen’s field performance - Ensuring
they comply with the Basic Routine and work with discipline and processes
as defined by Tigo - Support
Regional Manager to achieve activation and sales objectives - Recruit
and Manage Activation Team Leaders and Freelancers - Identify
Business/Activation opportunities in the market - Provide
technical feedback with reference to issues problems with activation - Ensure
that BTL activities are held on schedule and report on results - Recruit
Points of Activation
Qualification and
Skills:
- University
degree or equivalent, preferable Bachelor in business
administration/Marketing/Business/Engineering - 2 years
of managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in
FMCG - Without
Bachelor degree, 5 years of operational experience with field and
operation experience
