Tigo is a leading telecommunication company in Rwanda and is seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individuals for the above vacancy;
Reports to: Territory Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Track and actively manage agent performance in your territory.
• Provide reports and local intelligence of market opportunities or competitor activities.
• First point of contact at Tigo for agents in your territory. Organize logistics for agent recruitment.
• Manage local agent recruitment sales-force.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
• 2 years of managerial experience with field and operation experience.
• Bilingual (English /French).
• Good Communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Should have good planning and organizational skills.
• Creative and Innovative.
• Curious to learn.
• Self confident and motivated.
• A team player with unquestionable integrity.
• Must be Rwandan.
