Reporting directly to the Client Services Team Leader, this role provides specialist support primarily to our Account Management team across Australia and New Zealand. the Systems Support team builds and troubleshoots all aspects of the Ticketing Event Build and is an integral part of the Ticketing process, from planning to on-sale, right up until event day. This role will ensure our clients’ expectations are met through accurate and effective Ticketing Services.

To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, are a team player with high attention to detail and can multi-task without a glitch. You have an eye for detail and good software and technical skills. You also have proven ability in dealing with a wide variety of third party and internal contacts and have a strong work ethic.

A great sense of humor will also ensure you fit right in with the Client Services Team!
