growth within the ranks has created a need for the services of an experienced
BDM to join the expanding Sydney based
Your role will focus developing new business and strengthening
relationships within the Advertising Agency market. You will use your
well-developed skills in face to face agency dealings to ensure sustainable,
long-term relationships with key customers. An impressive list of existing
customers awaits the successful candidate. Due to the competitive nature of the
industry, existing relationships must be protected by your superior customer
management skills coupled with a desire to help your business partners achieve
their marketing objectives. You will deal with key decision makers, utilising
your knowledge of the industry and business aptitude to leverage opportunities.
You will be responsible for recruiting and managing 2 additional sales staff
within 6 months and you will subsequently gain the title of “NSW State Sales
Manager – Agency”.
The package consists of:
- Base Salary of 80k Plus Super ++
- Solid Commission
- Car Allowance
those applicants with experience will be considered. You must have a proven
history in the Advertising sales field, dealing with larger Ad Agencies with a
background of results achievement dealing with various clients. You are a
highly effective sales executive with a reputation for forging lengthy
relationships. You understand the principles of relationship selling and can
effectively communicate with senior decision makers. You are driven, enjoy
challenges and are looking for long term career growth.
