foundation dedicated to encouraging philanthropy and building a
sustainable fund to support local needs, nurture capacity and enrich
the quality of life throughout the communities of the Town of Perth
and the Townships of Drummond/North Elmsley, Lanark Highlands and Tay
Valley. PDCF is currently accepting applications for an Executive
Director (ED). Reporting to the chair of the Board of Directors, the
ED will have strategic and operational responsibility for PDCF’s
programs, expansion and execution of its mission.

All candidates should have proven leadership, relationship development
and management experience. Concrete demonstrable experience and other
qualifications include:
• University degree, college diploma or equivalent courses or experience;
• Paid or significant volunteer experience with a charitable corporation;
• Strong marketing and public relations experience;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent
interpersonal skills;
• Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to
planning and execution.

The successful candidate will work a part-time, flexible schedule
consisting of approximately 20 hours per week on average.
