The New Times, Rwanda’s Leading Daily Newspaper, is looking for three
energetic, vibrant and dynamic people to
serve as Circulation and Subscription Officer, Customer Service Representative
in the Circulation Department.
Reports to the Circulation Manager.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVE (1)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Receive and direct calls from clients
• Enter collected data
• Produce daily reports
• Schedule tasks for billing and invoicing and management decision making
• Verification of the reports received
• Servicing walk-in clients
• Monitoring Old and New Subscriber contracts
Qualifications
• University Degree from a recognized university
• Excellent command of English and Kinyarwanda both written and-spoken, French
is an added advantage.
• Be of Rwandan nationality
• Ability to respect deadlines and to work under minimum supervision.
• Two years of work experience
• Must be between 25-35 years of age.
