• Business Analysis and process re-design in the
  context of LS Retail implementations;
• Perform GAP analysis and identify GAPs along
  with optional solutions which provide value add to business operation. This
  includes solution design and architect with business improvement
  objective;
• Manage process and system testing, Conference
  Room Pilot/User Acceptance Test of system implementation;
• Perform key-user team and end-user team
  education;
• Manage Customer Retention and customer
  satisfaction over services provided;
• Adherence to Tectura Solution Framework, the
  solution implementation methodologies

• Degree or above (Information Management System
  with Business qualification is preferable)
• Minimum of 3 years relevant project experience
  in implementing LS Retail
• Familiarity with either LS Retail is essential
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics solutions
  is preferred
• Knowledge in accounting basic
• Ability to analyse business requirements
• Ability to evaluate and recommend process
  improvements
• Windows NT/2000/XP workstation and server
  skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Motivated and must be able to handle jobs
  independently
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• To travel and work overseas when necessary
