Muganga SACCO invites qualified bidders to submit sealed competitive proposals for the SUPPLY OF DATA CENTER EQUIPMENT from companies registered in Rwanda.
Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms of reference of the tender from Muganga SACCO Head office at the Ministry of Health building, P.O Box 84 Kigali, Street nº KN 3 Rd, on any working day with effect from 29/04/2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 50,000) on account No 583427377510131 of HSS-MAG opened in BPR.

Well detailed bids containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “Supply of Datacenter Equipment” shall be presented to Muganga SACCO Head Office, Ministry of Health building, 2nd floor in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director General of MUGANGA SACCO, P.O BOX 84 Kigali, not later than 20/05/2022 at 10:00 AM local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM local time at Muganga SACCO office. Late bids will be rejected.
