About the
role:
As the Assistant Store Manager you will help lead the way, driving outstanding
customer-centric solutions by drawing on your experience in fast-paced team
leadership roles and your passion for outdoor adventures. This is a chance for
you to make your mark by providing exceptional leadership, and coaching our
team members to inspire our customers.
You will need to
bring your ability to shine in the following areas:
- Customer
service
– offering solutions that inspire our customers to live their passion - Community
engagement –
actively work with and support relevant community groups with a natural
affinity for outdoor adventure - Merchandising –
ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective inventory
management, store presentation and clear store standards - Teamwork –
coaching and supporting your team to achieve store goals and objectives
,delivering and maintaining excellent team standards - Product
and outdoor activity knowledge – sharing your advice and
experience on our great range of adventure products that you know and love
- Team
management and development – attracting, recruiting and
developing team members to realise and fulfil their potential - Maximise
business opportunities – ensuring sales activities align
with our marketing strategy - Tell
us how you’re tracking – financial management including
sales and budget management and reporting
About you:
Your enthusiasm, your spirit and your genuine interest in inspiring our
customer’s next outdoor adventure will help make you the perfect RAYS Assistant
Store Manager. Coupled with your initiative, ability to thrive in a fast paced
retail environment and natural drive to leading a team, you will be in your
element at RAYS. Previous experience in a similar Assistant Manager, Floor
Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC, or Senior Key Holder position will be
very highly regarded.
