What are we looking for?
Currently we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of a select energy efficiency campaign from our downtown Regina office. While based in Regina, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Program Manager in our Toronto office. Preferred candidates will have previous experience and expertise in project/program delivery, marketing, sales and client relationship management. This is a challenging and dynamic role that will suit a Program Manager with a sense of adventure, and one who thrives in a fast-paced results-driven environment where high-expectations are the norm.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage development and day to day delivery of energy efficiency programs
• Assist with development and delivery of training programs for event staff and store associates
• Coordinate and facilitate various media events
• Develop and distribute progress reports to program and business stakeholders
• Coordinate the drafting and production of program related marketing and communication materials
• Analyze and report on program results
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Able to work evenings and weekends during campaign delivery periods
• Complete various additional projects as assigned
• Able to work independently and as a remote team member

Job Skill Requirements:
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience in full life cycle management of projects and programs
• Must possess a strong character, sound judgment, confidence and enthusiasm
• Forward thinking and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• A passion for the environment
• Experience with business development and client relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset. Successful candidates will have experience in delivering presentations and report writing
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite of tools
• Ability to work well independently, multi-task and self-manage
• Excellent organization and detail management skills
• Experience managing budgets
• Strong ability to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Committed to meeting deadlines
• Professional demeanor
• Flexible and reliable
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle is an asset
