Summary of findings

From this research work it is observed that
the impact of information technology on customer’s satisfaction and
profitability of banks cannot be over emphasized since it is life of modern day
banking. If effectively carried out, will enhance the activities of management.

Although cost of installing information
technology machines and devices are expensive. Moreover, the researchers also
observed that if there is frequently upgrade of information technology, then
they will not be only bank profitability but also absolute satisfaction. It
will yield a favourable result to management on the opinion; thus, help to
reduce work force and making the work more effective and efficient.
