rise residential and commerical buildings, retail, health, education etc.
Principal Structural Engineer up to $184K
You are known in the structural sector in Sydney
for your expertise in tall building projects over 20 storeys. You
have successfully delivered multiple residential and commercial high rise
projects over $250M. You have worked for the more prestigious and high end
players in town. You have managed teams in excess of 5 staff and have secured
cream of the crop business with a couple of the top 5 developers in the NSW
market. In fact you are a key contact for these clients.

care. You would be considered to have worked on a significant number of these
projects around NSW and would have sought after technical expertise in the
intricacies commonly associated with this sector of the market. As a given you
would have successfully managed Engineers coming through the ranks. You are
likely earmarked for the next Principal role available.

been taking on full spectrum involvement for multi-storey commercial and mixed
use developments in excess of $100M. Honing your technical design skills to a
tee, you are now making your mark on managing these projects through to
construction. You are starting to make a name for yourself in this area, with
remarkable performance appraisals to date.

ETABS, and likely the go to person for this expertise within your team. You have
surpassed the other engineers you started with and currently the front runner
for the next Senior promotion.
