The brand new
Bouelvard IGA in City Beach is part of a growing specialist Supermarket and
Liquor group that focus on high levels of customer service, quality fresh food
and innovative new products to provide our customers with a unique shopping
experience.
The position of
Store Manager will report to the General Manager and the Business Owner. The
Store Manager’s role is to focus on the daily operations of the Supermarket.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Management
team to achieve margins and ensure budgets are met at both Department and
Store levels.
The successful
applicant will have the necessary skills to set up a totally new store from the
foundation up.
The successful
candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum
2 years experience as a Supermarket Manager - Complete
orders and maintain stock control - Wage
control and ensuring all department rosters stay within budgets - The
ability to work some nights and weekends - Exceptional
customer service - Exposure
to high volume quality fresh departments would be looked on favourably - PLEASE
