Marketing Executive (1)

Key tasks :

– Develop the corporate identity and brand of
SPORTSVIEW HOTEL

– Develop and implement marketing strategies
concerning sports view hotel

– Manage advertising campaigns and monitor
effectiveness

– Track and manage customer perception of
SPORTSVIEW HOTEL

– Define product delivery and service concepts

– Develop and monitor brand guidelines and
adherence

– Actively develop a proactive approach to
managing customer relations

– Increase on-line sales via the website and
contribute to revenue targets

– Define, develop and implement SPORTSVIEW HOTEL
customer strategy to improve acquisition and retention of members.

– Manage all operational functions of the scheme
including Tender management ; customer services queries, management of
reservation and development of customer facing materials in conference.

Authorities

– Expenditure within the company’s approved
budget for marketing

Accountabilities :

– Revenue target

– Customer satisfaction

– Brand awareness

– Management of suppliers and partners

Required skills :

– Very strong communication skills in French,
English, Kinyarwanda and Swahili

– Ability to work under pressure with short
deadlines

– Ability to lead, manage and motivate the team

– Ability to work in complex environments

– Customer focus and attention

– Self-motivation

Required Education & Experience :

– A University Degree in a related field such as
Marketing and/or International Business or Hotel management

– Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing, of
which at least 5 years in a leadership position.

– Several years of experience in hotel.

– Knowledge of E-commerce, on-line payment and
fraud prevention
