BASIC
PURPOSE:

Responsible for
training new network members and troubleshooting operational requirements for
existing network members. Assists in cure notice, contract compliance, and
growing material volume for network members though spot checks, audits, and
sales calls.

PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Identify
    and troubleshoot network members out of compliance or under performing.
  • Set,
    plan, and lead training and accountability both in person and via webinars
    and conference calls for network members.
  • Be
    available as a subject matter expert for sales meetings as needed.
  • Create
    and present plans and proposals to assist network members in growth and
    compliance.
  • Meet or
    exceed annual network growth targets.
  • Work
    closely with the Sales team to align sales efforts with network
    capabilities.
  • Participate
    in Regional and National Meetings, Trade Shows, Conferences, and Strategic
    Planning Meetings as needed.
  • Work
    with our Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) partners to “leverage
    the power of our network” to develop and assist in regional and
    national accounts fulfillment.
  • Become
    an expert on our operational software in order to provide backup/coverage
    as needed.
  • Other
    duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience
    in operations and management
  • Demonstrated
    critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability
    to resolve complex matters
  • Constantly
    utilizes high level of interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and
    organizational skills
  • Strong
    oral and written communication skills including presentation skills to
    senior level management
  • Good
    computer and software skills
  • Ability
    to handle multiple priorities in demanding conditions
  • Travel
    required- Up to 50%
  • Highly
    resilient: able to handle setbacks and forge ahead towards a goal
  • Creative:
    able to figure out new ways to solve challenges while remaining consistent
    with SourceAmerica values and looking after the needs of all stakeholders
  • Self
    starter requiring little instruction, able to work in high intensity
    environment

EXPERIENCE
AND EDUCATION:

  • 10+
    years with BS/BA; 8+ years with MS/MA

  • years experience = 1 year college
