Toward forming / joining a solar energy workers co-op based in the GTA+H. Maybe a traditional corporation transforms into a co-op, or maybe freelance workers join to become such an entity. Requires a commitment of time and money by all parties involved. All must be open-minded, self-starters, self-managers and proactive communicators. Sense of humour is a daily requirement. A working partnership between a few operatives, co-ing that as community engagement grows.
