– Ability to read plans
– Good with tools
– Background in electricity
– Background in roofing
– Leadership abilities

– First aid training
– Health and safety training
– Interested in renewable/solar energy
– Knowledge in solar PV
Tasks:
Responsible for construction of solar PV arrays on flat and pitched rooftops, overview the construction and has hands on
responsible for health and safety on site
setup scaffold, install racking, cabling (no connections!),
install solar panels,
