Our client needs switched on consultative Sales Consultants. This isn’t
your typical call centre phone based sales role. You won’t be buried under
copious amounts of phone calls to get through each day in a dirty dark room.
You’ll be making highly consultative calls to customers, helping them find the
right insurance provider based on their current needs, which have already been
registered via an online application and are ready and waiting by the phone for
your professional advice in huge, purpose built innovative offices!

In terms of your past they are pretty open minded, so when it comes to
your sales experience, as long as you have at least 2 solid years in a
sales role they are more than happy to welcome you aboard – retail, call
centre, property, recruitment, travel, banking – you name it!

You won’t be thrown in the deep end either. Our client, unlike many
others, actually want to invest 2.5 solid weeks of valuable paid
training with you so you’re clued up and geared up to succeed when you hit the
desk. There is also invaluable ongoing support and mentoring.

- Maintain your work/life balance by working a
38 hour Monday – Friday week with a fortnightly rotating roster between
the hours of 10.00am – 8.00pm. - Lucrative salary up for grabs once you’ve sunk
your teeth in – up to $75k as a base with uncapped comms on offer. The
rest is up to you!
