This position provides assistance to the
Communications Manager which is the principal resource for SJB communications.
The role requires efficient co-ordination of communication tasks ensuring
consistency of the corporate brand. Responsibilities include the development
and delivery of promotional material, submissions, competitive bids and
presentations. Experience in graphic and visual communications
necessary

to assist proficiently with digital and print communications.
Assisting with co-ordination of our project image
library is an important element of this role, requiring an organised approach.
Excellent communication skills are required when liaising with Directors
and architectural staff. The ability to work well under pressure without
compromising quality of work when meeting tight deadlines is also important in
this role.

Essential skills and experience
- Degree or relevant work experience in graphic
design/visual communications - 2 yr professional experience either in
architectural firms or design industry - High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office
& Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly InDesign) (PC platform) - An understanding of various social media
platforms is also highly desirable. - Outgoing personality. Able to communicate well
with team members
