Requirements:
  • Degree
    or Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • At
    Least 1-2 years of experience in Desktop / Helpdesk support
  • Ability
    to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
  • Experience
    in Windows Operating Systems (Win2000/XP/Vista/Windows7)
  • Customer
    service oriented with good communication skills
  • Fresh
    Graduates / Diploma holders are welcome to apply
