Our client is seeking a dynamic, junior to mid level, insolvency and
reconstruction lawyer to join their outstanding team, assisting senio
r level
practitioners with a broad range of insolvency and commercial litigation
matters. This firm will reward you with high calibre matters in an area of law,
which is both challenging and stimulating. Working with an impressive list of
clients, you will be advising on a diverse range of issues, including recovery
actions, security reviews, advice as to s420A, advice to receivers, as well as
companies, as to receiverships, liquidations and administrations and you will
be acting for various banks.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 to 5 years’ post admission litigation
experience with solid insolvency litigation experience, refined drafting skills
and strong advocacy skills. It is essential that you have excellent academic
transcripts and an avid intellectual mind with a keen eye for detail.
