Salvado
Catholic College is a new coeducational Catholic College in Byford, opening for
Kindergarten to Year 2 students at the commencement of 2016. The College will
continue to grow to reach its ultimate capacity as a K-12 College. 
We
are currently seeking applications from exceptional administrators to join our
Foundation Staff and be a part of something very special at Salvado Catholic
College.
Selection
Criteria
 

  • Be
    fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
  • Experience
    working with school finance/administrative software or similar software
    and be able to adapt to new accounting programs and systems.
  • High
    level of computer literacy skills and be proficient in using Microsoft
    Office.
  • Experience
    with control of staff records and paperwork including employment
    documents, salaries, leave and superannuation.
  • Experience
    in budgeting and being responsible for financial transactions, both
    receipts and creditor payments.
  • Previous
    experience working with MAZE software would be desirable.
  • Maintain
    confidentiality, discretion and a professional manner.
  • Provide
    administrative support to the Principal, Leadership Team and Staff.
  • Have
    a high level of interpersonal and communicative skills in dealing with all
    stakeholders: students, parents, staff, parish, board members and
    visitors.
  • Demonstrate
    initiative, flexibility and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate
    the capacity and enthusiasm to build community in a new Catholic College
    in collaboration with staff, parents and students.

    to Work in a Catholic School (or be prepared to acquire)
