Criteria
Criteria
- Be
fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education. - Experience
working with school finance/administrative software or similar software
and be able to adapt to new accounting programs and systems. - High
level of computer literacy skills and be proficient in using Microsoft
Office. - Experience
with control of staff records and paperwork including employment
documents, salaries, leave and superannuation. - Experience
in budgeting and being responsible for financial transactions, both
receipts and creditor payments. - Previous
experience working with MAZE software would be desirable. - Maintain
confidentiality, discretion and a professional manner. - Provide
administrative support to the Principal, Leadership Team and Staff. - Have
a high level of interpersonal and communicative skills in dealing with all
stakeholders: students, parents, staff, parish, board members and
visitors. - Demonstrate
initiative, flexibility and the ability to work independently. - Demonstrate
the capacity and enthusiasm to build community in a new Catholic College
in collaboration with staff, parents and students.
