We are looking for a talented individual to join our advertising sales department as a Sales Development Coach.
The objective of the role is to develop the skills, performance and results of a sales team and the management of the category they sell within. You will spend the majority of your time working with individual sales people, coaching them before and after calls to help them identify and build on their strengths and development needs.
We’re keen to hear from you if you have:
• An excellent knowledge of sales processes and an ability to demonstrate consultative sales skills
• A good understanding of different coaching skills and an ability to demonstrate when and how to use them effectively
• A demonstrable track record of developing skills, performance and results in a fast paced sales environment
