Key responsibilities
A Research Project Manager within Sagaci Research is responsible for one or
several field quantitative and qualitative projects.

Key responsibilities
are:
• Design research tools
• Train field team on research tools and project methodology
• Direct field teams and ensure adherence to research methodology
• Monitor project progress and perform quality control
• Be responsible for project timeline and budget
• Conduct data analysis and write reports

The position is
based in Dar es Salaam and might require regular trips to other regions of
Tanzania and other African countries.

Candidate profile

To apply, we expect candidates to have the following capabilities:
• A minimum experience of 2 years in market research
• A solid knowledge of quantitative market research tools, qualitative research
experience will be a plus
• A rigorous mind with extreme attention to details
• An ability to deal with new situations/difficulties, to come up with creative
ideas
• An entrepreneurial and energetic spirit: Sagaci Research is a start-up
company where new ideas, suggestions and polyvalence will be valued
• A desire to work in an highly international environment
• An excellent command of English is mandatory
