OPEN TENDER FOR PROVISION FOR MENENGAGE CLUB
The
Rwanda Men’s Resource Center (RWAMREC) is a local Non Governmental organization
legally operating in Rwanda and granted legal personality No 114/11 of 9th
March 2008. RWAMREC is engaged in gender equality by promoting positive forms
of masculinity. In its effort to achieve its objectives, RWAMREC is working in
partnership with CARE International to implement the aims to address issues of
gender inequalities with a focus on addressing negative forms of masculinities.
In line with sustaining the so far achieved results, the project supports the
work of self created MenEngage clubs, that work to multiply the impact at
community level by providing some materials.

Criteria: The
RWAMREC shall award the tender to the bidder whose offer will be determined to
be the best quality services and the lowest evaluated technical specifications
and that is substantially responsive to this open tender.
