Job Announcement
Rwanda Co-operative Agency (RCA) is a Public institution in charge of
Promotion, Registration and Regulation of Cooperatives in the Country. RCA
wishes to recruit competent and qualifying candidates to fill the 4 various
vacant positions in its structure. For the job positions, reporting relations
and the location, please see below:
Position: Human Resources Officer (1)
– Duties & Responsibilities
• Recruit personnel, identify needs in training field and train the staff
accordingly; design a retention strategy for RCA staff
• Compensating highly qualified staff in the Agency;
• Conceive a staff training plan and ensure the follow up of its implementation;
• Manage the administrative staff files
• Verify the compliance of the staff to the laws, regulations and directives by
the relevant authorities:
• Initiate measures to improve the quality of services rendered by RCA staff;
• Examine and respond the requests of RCA staff;
• Performances management and appraisal;
• Preparation of the pay-roll;
• Declaration of staff’s contributions to Social Security Fund and to RRA;
• Working closely with health insurance companies for the welfare of the staff;
• Perform any other task assigned by the Management
Required skills and Qualifications
• University Degree (AO) in Human Resources, Management, Public Administration
and other related fields.
• Team player how can work effectively and constructively with different people
and Institutions and deliver results ;
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;
• Good IT and computer literacy skills;
• Strong computer skills (Ms Word, Ms excel).
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda;
• Fluency in English and/or French and a working knowledge of the other
language.
