RSA – Group and UK Environment and Reporting CR Manager – London – £38,000 – £50,000 & excellent benefits package

Reporting to the Head of Global and UK Corporate Responsibility, the Group and UK Environment and Reporting CR Manager will develop and deliver Corporate Responsibility projects across Group business in line with Group CR objectives and External Communications strategy.

Your remit will include:
• Ensuring CR is embedded across the business leading the collation and analysis of non-financial reporting and submission of CR ratings/rankings;
• Collaborate across and functions and businesses to integrate CR;
• Particular focus on effectively managing RSA’s environmental impact and ongoing improvement;
• Share best practice with CR and EC colleagues to ensure alignment with Group strategies;
• Preparation of internal/external communications to leverage media/public affairs opportunities;

To succeed in this role, you’ll have an established background in managing and successfully delivering Corporate Responsibility projects within a complex multinational environment including environmental, community and diversity programmes. You will be a passionate CR practitioner with strong knowledge of Environmental Management, preferably accredited. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential along with knowledge of effective media interaction.
