Organization: Roots and Shoots Farm
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
We are looking for a strong, optomistic person to join our team for the
remainder of the season. We are a 10 acre organic veggie farm only 25 minutes
from the city (rides are available). We have 8 happy farmers for you to work
with. We share lunches (we have a cook).
If you are interested in organic farming, this is a great way to learn the
ins-and-outs. No experience is required, but a proven ability to work hard is

Tasks
• harvesting
• weeding
• cleaning bins
• packing boxes
• general farm cleanup
• Farmers Market vending (if interested)

Compensation
$11/hour plus veggies for 40hours/week
This job will start as soon as possible and run until December, with a
possibility of starting again in April.
