Road Maintenance Fund is seeking to recruit a self motivated and qualified employee of the high integrity to fill the following positions. Only candidates who meet the mentioned requirements below are allowed to apply.
1. Director of Monitoring and Evaluation Unit
– Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
– At least 7 years working experience in monitoring of road works
– Must demonstrate commitment to FER’s Vision, Mission and Values
– Demonstrate Openness to change and ability to manage complexities
– Interpersonal skills and communication
– Proficient in French or English. Knowledge of both is an asset
2. Monitoring and Evaluation Engineer
– Minimum qualification of a Bachelors’ degree in civil Engineering
– At least with 3 years working experience in monitoring of road works
-Must demonstrate commitment to RMF’s Vision, Mission and Values
– Must be Efficient with sense of responsibility and integrity
– Sense of responsibility
– Proficient in French or English. Knowledge of both is an asset
