This high-profile role provides guidance on
compliance to all site managers, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all
sites and encouraging initiatives leading to continuous improvement

Key responsibilities include developing and
implementing consistent site induction packages to enforce all relevant safety
rules. You will assist the site managers to maintain up-to-date operating
procedures and develop/implement training and awareness packages for all site
operating procedures through a competency based assessment program. Other tasks
will focus on assisting the SHEQ manager when required by liaising with EPA,
WorkSafe, local fire brigades, port authorities, local councils and
communities, and by reviewing all site safety and environmental plans.

With a relevant tertiary qualification and
experience in shipping and/or terminalling ideally gained in a major hazard
facility environment, particularly in the chemical or petroleum industry, you
possess outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
