Purpose
of the Job

To
promote the company’s individual lending product, recruit and appraise
individual loan applications, manage and ensure a good quality loan portfolio

Key
Accountabilities

Meeting
agreed monthly and annual targets in terms of customer recruitment and
loan disbursement.
Appraise
individual loan applications
Portfolio
quality management
Cross-selling
of other products including deposits, quality customer service and
achieving high customer retention
Scanning
the operational zone to identify competitor activities and risk factors
which may impact on the business of the company

Required
Skills or Experience

HND
/ Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Business Studies, Mathematics or any
equivalent relevant qualification.

Knowledge
and Experience

years relevant experience

Competencies
Required (Skills & Abilities)

Good
knowledge of the requirements of the Borrowers and Lenders Act 2008
Unquestionable
integrity , assertiveness and good selling skills
Ability
to plan and organize activities and must be an organized person as well.
Must
be fully computer literate in Microsoft office suit.
Must
have time management and problem solving abilities
