HEAD OF SALES AND MARKETING

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To implement the membership development plan, manage departmental resources and set workflow priorities for marketing efforts of the club which entails PR & communications, club magazine and website
• Conceptualise and execute marketing initiatives to generate awareness and raise visibility f the club in the marketplace
• Develop targeted and concerted marketing campaign/ A&P activities for the club events/ activities to members
• Provide marketing direction and support to other departments to achieve management objectives of revenue, patronage or usage of club facilities
• To oversee club Membership administration that includes:
o Member recruitment and retention campaigns
o Polices and procedures
• To direct PR activity including the publication of press releases
PREREQUISITES:
• Minimum Diploma or degree in holder.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably from the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership qualities
• Willing to work on weekends.
