Join a committed
customer service team (of approximately 8) and enjoy a varied role supporting
an external sales team and customers in regards to their product enquiries and
orders.

Some of your
responsibilities will include:-

• Accurate
  processing of product orders from sales reps and customers
• Supporting
  and liaising with sales reps in relation to customer orders including
  taking accurate briefs for size, colour, pattern, delivery requirements
  and quotations
• Developing
  strong working relationships with internal & external customers
• Resolving
  customer enquiries and issues
• Liaising
  with warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules etc.

For success, you
will have experience in product based customer service coupled with strong
attention to detail and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. 
Experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded as will your desire to
develop a career in sales down-the-track.
