An experienced Administrator/Receptionist is required for this busy award winning Recruitment Consultancy. Duties include – candidate and client liaison, dealing with incoming queries and transferring internal and external calls, facilities management, administration and IT systems support for the consultant and Management team- cv preparation and formatting, database administration, payroll administration and other associated administration across a range of divisions.
Candidates must have a high level of interpersonal skills and customer service experience and have a high level of IT competency using the Microsoft suite.

This role is full time and hours of work are – 9am – 6pm, Monday to
Thursday and 9am – 5.30pm Friday.
