with your strong competencies.
In this role, you’d be kind of like a Real Food Super Hero; saving the

may face throughout their journey with us (with a smile and a great
deal of patience and compassion, of course). As a CSR Super Star,

improving our food and services in ways that enhance the client’s
experience.
As part of the Client Services team, you will wear many hats and be
involved with numerous projects across the organization, so thinking
outside all boxes and a strong desire for client engagement and wowing
will set you apart from the rest!
The thing’s you’ll get paid to do:
• Be an exemplary first point of contact for your portfolio of clients
(email, phone, some fax, in-person)
• Provide excellent customer service, build genuine relationships,
respond expertly to questions and concerns and challenge clients’
assumptions about food
• Work with other departments to resolve issues, and develop
innovative solutions to improve RFRK’s service to clients
• Track and maintain detailed records of all communications with clients
The things you can’t believe you’ll be getting paid to do:

• Having a hand in reshaping the way children, families, and educators
eat and perceive food
• Help our community embrace real food and to create new healthy eating habits
• Putting your professional and personality strengths to work in a
growing and dynamic company
• Taste our nutritious and delicious foods on a daily basis!
Yes, it sounds like a lot, but anything less wouldn’t interest you!
You see the alchemy of these responsibilities, and the chance to take
a fast-growing company (on a world-changing mission) to new heights as
too good to pass up. RFRK is a merit-oriented, innovative, and very
exciting place to work. We’re looking for someone awesome to join the
